You have visited our website, and we would like to inform you about how we handle your personal data.
Processing only occurs when you submit information to us—via a callback form, contact form, or resume submission form. Simply browsing our website does not require any personal data.
We process data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and related regulations.
When and why we process data
Callback
"Request a callback" form on contact cards throughout the website.
- Scope: name and phone number
- Purpose: to call you back and answer your questions about our portfolio or to arrange a product demonstration
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to those who contact us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or taking steps prior to entering into a contract (point (b))
Contact form
Contact page form.
- Scope: name, email address, phone number, and message text. If you provide additional information in your message, we will process that as well—to the extent necessary to handle your inquiry, such as an address for a complaint
- Purpose: processing product inquiries, complaints, and related communication
- Legal basis: performance of a contract or taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in informing customers about products (point (f))
Selection process
Forms on the Careers page and on specific job posting details.
- Scope: name, email address, phone number, message text, and resume including all information you provide within it
- Purpose: assessing your application for a position and conducting the selection process
- Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
Do not include information in your resume that is not necessary for assessment — especially details regarding your health, marital status, or political and religious views.
Candidate database
Only if you provide your consent by checking the box in the form.
- Scope: same as for the selection process
- Purpose: to contact you when a position that might be a good fit becomes available
- Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
Consent is voluntary and does not affect your participation in the selection process. You may withdraw it at any time by emailing the address provided at the bottom of this page. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to the withdrawal.
How long we keep your data
After the specified period, we delete the data.
Who has access to your data
We do not transfer your personal data to other controllers, nor do we sell it.
When processing your data, we use processors — service providers who process data for us according to our instructions and are bound by contract and confidentiality:
- Webflow, Inc. — operator of the platform on which this website runs. Submitted forms, including uploaded attachments, are stored on its infrastructure.
- Provider of email and office services.
Transfer outside the European Union
Webflow, Inc. is a company based in the United States, so data is transferred outside the EU. The transfer is secured by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, or on the basis of an adequacy decision.
YouTube videos
If you click on a video thumbnail, the player loads from the servers of YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) and Embedly. These services thereby receive your IP address and information about your browser and process them as independent controllers, not as our processors. This may involve a transfer of data to the USA. Nothing is shared with them unless you click on a video.
Form protection (Google reCAPTCHA)
We protect the forms on our website from spam and automated abuse using Google reCAPTCHA, operated by Google Ireland Limited. Consequently, when you visit a page with a form, a script is loaded from Google's servers to determine whether the form is being filled out by a human. Google collects your IP address, browser and device information, and details about your interaction with the page, and may store its own cookie (see the cookie table below for an overview). This occurs even if you do not ultimately submit the form.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in securing the website and protecting it against spam (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Google processes the data in accordance with its own terms and privacy policies (policies.google.com/privacy), which may involve transferring data to the USA.
Traffic measurement (Google Analytics)
If you agree to this in the cookie banner, we measure website traffic using Google Analytics 4, operated by Google Ireland Limited. Through this, Google receives data about your browser and device, the pages you view, and your IP address, which Google Analytics 4 does not store. We only see the results as aggregated statistics and do not identify individual visitors.
The legal basis for this is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time in your cookie settings. Google Analytics will not load without your consent. Data may be transferred to the USA during processing, which is secured by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
For the duration of the processing of your personal data, you have the right:
- to access — to ask us whether we are processing your data, and if so, for what purpose, to what extent, from what sources, for how long, and to whom we transfer it
- to rectification of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data
- to erasure if the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or if it has been processed unlawfully
- to restriction of processing in cases pursuant to Article 18 of the GDPR
- object to processing based on legitimate interest, in cases pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR
- data portability — to obtain the data you have provided to us in a machine-readable format and transfer it to another controller (Art. 20 GDPR)
- withdraw consent, if the processing is based on consent
- file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz
How we use them
We distinguish between two types: essential and performance.
Without your consent, we only use essential cookies — those without which the website would not function. The website remains fully usable even if you decline all other cookies.
Essential cookies
The website would not function without these, so they cannot be turned off and we do not require your consent for them. They include remembering your cookie choice, confirming your professional status when entering the professional section and protecting forms against spam.
Performance cookies
These measure traffic and help us understand which pages are useful to visitors and which are not. We only use them with your consent.
How to manage your cookies
You can find the settings in the bar at the bottom of the page. If you have already hidden it and want to change your choice, open it again using the Cookie settings link in the website footer or the button below on this page.
You can also manage cookies directly in your browser.
Overview of cookies on this website
An asterisk indicates a prefix—the full name may vary, for example _ga_ABC123.
YouTube cookies are set directly by Google; their list and retention periods may change.
Videos. Product detail pages include videos from YouTube. We embed them via Embedly, a service the Webflow platform uses for this purpose. Until you click on a video thumbnail, nothing is loaded from YouTube or Embedly and no cookies are stored. Once you click, the player loads from their servers. Both services thereby receive your IP address and information about your browser, and YouTube may store its own cookies and entries in your browser storage (see the table above). This data is processed by Google Ireland Limited as an independent controller in accordance with its privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
