Reporting side effects and the publicly available professional information service (VPOIS)
Reporting to SÚKL
Any suspected serious or unexpected side effects and other information relevant to the health of patients must be reported to the State Institute for Drug Control (SÚKL).
Legal framework
The obligation to establish a publicly available professional information service (VPOIS) arises from Act No. 378/2007 Coll., on Pharmaceuticals.
